This filter will fit a telescope with a tube end (opposite the eyepiece) outside diameter of 7 1/8"(181mm) to 7 3/8"(187mm). It will specifically fit the AstroPhysics 155; Celestron: C6, NexStar 6 and 6SE; Meade: LXD 55 6" S/Newt; Orion: AstroView 6, SkyView Pro 6 & 6LT, SkyView Pro 3.6 CA, Skyview Deluxe 6 EQ, and SkyQuest XT6; and Vixen 150.

This is a safe full aperture solar filter. This means that it allows the most light possible into the telescope because it allows the full aperture of your telescope to be viewed. The full aperture allows the best possible daytime viewing when there is minimal atmospheric turbulence. Specifications:

The Outer Cell Inside Diameter is 7.5"(190mm) and the Clear Aperture Diameter is 6"(152mm). The aperture is made with metal coated scratch free glass that produces a natural yellow orange image of the sun. This filter is new in the box in plastic. The filter box is foam lined for protection and shock absorption during handling. It is durable enough to store the filter while not in use. With the filter comes instructions for use and care.
