This free public event is being held at York Optical's Brisbane store on the evenings of 2 and 3 April 2009 (weather permitting, if in doubt phone the store) starting from 7pm and finishing up around 10pm, all are welcome.
Come along and have a look at the Moon, Saturn and more through some of our telescopes, ask Matt (from York Optical) about astronomical equipment or have a chat with Mikael (who is an Astrophysicists) or our friends from the local astronomy clubs about the wonders of the night sky.
Parking is very limited in the area so the event organisers recommend using public transport to get to this event, Fortitude Valley Train Station is only 5 min walk away from the York Optical store.
